Objectives:
To strengthen the environmental dialog between the European
Union and the Peoples Republic of China by
- Establising Deyang as Green City and setting up environmental
protection and management office
- Development of Environmental Protection Industry to tackle
environmental pollution and utilize cleaner technologies
- Improvement of policy within Deyang Municipal Environmental
Protection Bureau
- Promotion of best practice in environmental protection
- Awareness and utilization of efficient environmental technologies
- Assistance in using efficient disposal of hazardous medical waste
