KC has undertaken the task of project development and project description in close cooperation with local stakeholders:

Municipalities, district administrations, formal education system, non formal educational institutions, local businesses.

• Terms of Reference for staff members, development of activities, programs and guidelines
• Description of arrangement of facilities
• Perspectives for future cooperation between Centres and schools, farming business, industry, tourism business, arts and crafts and environmental organizations
